Returns are easy. If your fragrance didnโt meet your expectations, you can send it backโused or unusedโwithin 90 days of delivery.
To start a return:
Contact our team at ๐ง support@notedscents.co or ๐ +1 (302) 550-6008 (MondayโFriday, 9AMโ6PM EST). Returns must be approved in advanceโunauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once approved, weโll send you a prepaid return label, and your full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive the product. Refunds typically take 5โ10 business days to appear in your account.
๐ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email ๐ง support@notedscents.co within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. If available, weโll send a replacement right away. If not, youโll receive a full refund.
