Returns are easy. If your fragrance didnโ€™t meet your expectations, you can send it backโ€”used or unusedโ€”within 90 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Contact our team at ๐Ÿ“ง support@notedscents.co or ๐Ÿ“ž +1 (302) 550-6008 (Mondayโ€“Friday, 9AMโ€“6PM EST). Returns must be approved in advanceโ€”unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Once approved, weโ€™ll send you a prepaid return label, and your full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive the product. Refunds typically take 5โ€“10 business days to appear in your account.


๐Ÿ” Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email ๐Ÿ“ง support@notedscents.co within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. If available, weโ€™ll send a replacement right away. If not, youโ€™ll receive a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returned orders due to address errors or delivery refusal may require additional shipping fees.

  • If a package is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ but can't be found, please contact the carrier directlyโ€”we cannot issue refunds in these cases.

  • Address errors submitted during checkout are not the responsibility of Noted once the order has shipped.

  • We only accept returns for orders placed directly on notedscents.co. For third-party purchases, please reach out to the original retailer.
